Nicolas is a Partner at Ekuiplus, a consulting firm based in Dubai. His work covers the Retail and Distribution sectors, where he focuses on strategy, investment advisory, ERP implementation and digital transformation. Nicolas has 25 years of experience in managing and transforming large enterprises, and he is passionate about growing businesses in profitable, efficient, and sustainable ways.

Nicolas spent a decade as Chief Country Executive for Azadea and Chalhoub Retail for the UAE and Saudi Arabia respectively, where he spearheaded the growth for 300+ stores and e-commerce operations for over 60 leading brands in Fashion, Cosmetics, Lifestyle, and F&B.

Nicolas holds a MBA from Concordia University, a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut, a Certificate in Modern Finance from IMD, a Diploma in Corporate Governance, and an ISO9001 Quality Internal Auditor Certification.
